Apprentices old and new were celebrated at this year’s ECA East Midlands Regional Conference at the Coventry Transport Museum. Our own Darren Cornwall, an Elmleigh apprentice from 20-years ago and now our Commercial Manager, presented 'The Benefits of ECA membership' to a busy auditorium whilst being assessed as part of his ongoing Institute of Learning and Management Level 5 training programme. New apprentices Tom Southwell and Frank Holloway enjoyed inspirational speeches by the 2019 Apprentice of the Year, ECA top brass and leading commercial sponsors of the event. A great morning all round with too many excellent sausage sandwiches and a free ride in the World Land Speed Record Simulator! Hence our funny colour in the group selfie!!
