157 Metre Long Bespoke Conveyor Installation
Elmleigh delivered a 157m stainless-steel conveyor system for a global snack food producer, enhancing hygiene and efficiency. The £724K project included:
- 3D scanning & legacy system integration
- Custom hygienic conveyors & suspended structures
- Allen Bradley PLCs & HMI control systems
- Relocation of packing equipment with minimal downtime
Completed in just 2 months, this project showcases Elmleigh’s full-service capability in electrical, mechanical, and software integration.
Critical Enclosure Fabrication
Elmleigh rapidly delivered a custom enclosure for a Dust & Fume Extraction Unit, resolving critical safety and performance issues. The £4K project included:
- 3D scanning for precision design
- Laser-cut panels & bespoke access doors
- Powder-coated finish for durability
- Electrical integration for seamless installation
Completed in 10 days, this solution restored full functionality and improved workplace safety.
Reactive Mechanical Safety Guarding Installation
Elmleigh supported a £77K mechanical safety upgrade for a global distribution consultant, delivering:
- Bespoke mechanical guards & safety fencing
- 3 coordinated teams across tight 6-hour nightly windows
- On-site rework & fabrication to correct client-supplied components
Completed in 4 weeks, the project showcased Elmleigh ’s adaptability and precision under pressure, earning further collaboration with the client.
Field Cabling & ATEX Integration for Biogas Facility
Elmleigh delivered an £86K electrical infrastructure for a new Biogas Facility, ensuring ATEX compliance and supporting renewable energy operations. Key elements included:
- Galvanised cable ladder systems & Profinet communication lines
- ATEX-rated connections installed by CompEx-certified engineers
- Anti-static pneumatic tubing & stainless-steel fittings
- Full site cabling for power, instrumentation & control
Completed in 4 weeks, the project showcases Elmleigh ’s expertise in safe, compliant installations for the energy sector.
Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade & Reception Refurbishment
Elmleigh delivered a £227K turnkey electrical upgrade for a global snack food client, modernising infrastructure across office and welfare areas. Key works included:
- New power & lighting circuits with zoned PIR control
- Reception transformation with USB sockets & modern trunking
- Distribution board upgrades & temporary lighting solutions
- Welfare area enhancements with LED panels & Dyson tap circuits
Completed in 6 months, the project ensured full compliance and minimal disruption in a live environment.
