Full Throttle: Continued Growth & Project Wins

January has set an incredible pace for the year ahead. The team at Elmleigh has been operating at full throttle securing major milestone projects with new clients, expanding our workforce to better support our customers, and strengthening our collaboration with our parent company, Leadec.

If the first month is anything to go by, 2026 is shaping up to be Elmleigh’s year.

Leadec & Elmleigh: The Future of Engineering

The beginning of 2026 has been monumental for Elmleigh . A series of significant project wins has not only reinforced our position in the industry but also enabled the continued growth of our team.

One standout project is our collaborative approach with Leadec , supporting a major client with a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for a large-scale installation. Elmleigh is delivering full Electrical and Mechanical installation and disassembly services, while Leadec is providing facilities management and the dedicated space required to conduct the extensive testing programme.

This partnership marks the first step in a broader joint approach between Elmleigh and Leadec, combining our strengths to deliver an unrivalled, end-to-end service experience for our clients. As both organisations continue to grow, this collaboration will only become stronger, unlocking even greater value for the customers we support!

Recent Growth: Introducing Ven

With our recent project wins, Elmleigh is in a fantastic position to strengthen the team to deliver larger projects. The team at Elmleigh is excited to welcome Venkatesan as our latest Project Manager to join the team.

From Amazon to Dürr, Ven has worked with some of the biggest names in automation engineering. His background includes delivering manufacturing facility designs, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing successful end-to-end project delivery.

The team at Elmleigh wishes you the best Venkatesan with your journey at Elmleigh.
