The challenge
Tasked with the design and manufacture of critical Control Panels, that are used within a mass storage retrieval system, working within cold environments. The team at Elmleigh was tasked with supporting the client in developing their scope for future projects.

Tasked with supporting the design and manufacture of 9 Panels, Elmleigh’s team worked closely with the Spacemaker Systems to understand their scope, the following panels were manufactured:
- 1 main housing the CPU
- 5 remote panels that each control a lift tower each
- 3 panels containing network switches containing IO
Elmleigh completed the onsite installation of all nine panels, which work seamlessly together to operate a complex ambient-temperature storage and retrieval system.
