The Solution

Our effective Project Management for selection, engagement and close supervision of qualified and competant operatives, formed small multi-skilled work groups assigned to detail specific Electrical Installation of the clients Conveyor Systems to a tight programme. The efficient management of work schedules, adherance to H&S procedures and compliance to site protocols over the ramping up of activities provided the client with the confidence to extend our engagement.

The Outcome

To date the first phase remains on schedule to complete within time frame although global supply chain issues present some disruption and further challenges for our Project Management team to effectively coordinate.
