Tray Stacker Safety System Installation

Staffordshire, May 2024

The Challenge

We were approached to construct and install two small Control Panels to facilitate urgently required Safety Upgrades on a client site due to previously unidentified Crushing Hazards on existing equipment.

The Solution

The client approached us with an Electrical Design already completed but were struggling to achieve the required timescale for implementation due to limited availability of the specified components. In collaboration with our trusted suppliers, we were able to specify and source equivalent and readily available alternative components. Our precise communication with the Client ensured all viable delivery dates were clearly understood, and relevant information presented which ensured that the required Performance Level of the system defined in the clients Risk Assessment was achievable.

The Outcome

Thanks to our teams Engineering Capability and Capacity Flexibility, the completed solution was purchased, assembled, installed and commissioning through to final handover within 2-weeks from receipt of order. Our Client was able to meet their required timescales, and put operators back to work safely with no additional downtime.
