Electrical Installation of 8 specialist 'Hazardous Area' process skids for a supplier of valves and actuators to the Petrochemical, Energy and general process industries. Our team of experienced installation electricians were tasked with laying of all cabling and termination to junction boxes, solenoids, limit switches, transmitters and control valves in accordance with wiring diagrams. Earth bonding of all instruments to cable tray and bonding of cable tray to common earth. Cables tied using UPVC coated stainless steel cable ties with cable cores detailed with crimped boot lace ferrules and heat shrink sleeve identification at both ends. Continuity tests were completed after installation and prior to client sign off.
